AFCAT 01/2026 NotificationOut Apply Online Form: The Indian Air Force (IAF) has issued the official notification for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 01/2026 batch course, scheduled to begin in January 2027. The AFCAT 1/2026 Official Notification was released on November 09, 2025, and the online application process will open on 10 November 2025. Eligible candidates can apply for AFCAT Recruitment 01/2026 through the official website, afcat.cdac.in, starting from 17 November 2025.
Age limit 20-24 Years for Flying Branch and 20-26 Years for the Ground Duty (Technical/ Non-Technical) Branches. Age limit count as on 01 January 2027

AFCAT 01/2026 Vacancy Selection Process
The selection process for the AFCAT 01/2026 exam consists of three stages:
Written Exam: The written exam is an online test that assesses candidates’ general awareness, verbal ability, numerical ability, and reasoning skills.
Air Force Selection Board (AFSB) Interview: Candidates who qualify for the written exam will be called for the AFSB interview. The AFSB interview is a rigorous assessment that evaluates candidates’ personality, leadership potential, and suitability for a career in the Indian Air Force.
Medical Examination: Candidates who are recommended by the AFSB will be required to undergo a medical examination to ensure that they meet the physical and fitness standards for a career in the Indian Air Force.
