The selection process for CSIR IIIM Recruitment involves the following steps:
For Junior Secretariat Assistant:
- Written Test (Paper-I and Paper-II)
- Paper-I: Mental Ability (Qualifying only, not included in final merit)
- Paper-II: General Awareness, English, Comprehension (Marks counted in final merit)
