Happy Card Haryana Roadways Yojana: The Haryana government has introduced the Happy Card under the Antyodaya Parivar Parivahan Yojana for families with an annual income of up to 1 lakh rupees. Beneficiaries of this card will receive the facility of free travel for up to 1000 kilometers annually. This scheme will benefit around 22.89 lakh families and 84 lakh individuals in Haryana.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar initiated the scheme by symbolically providing mobility cards to six members of an Antyodaya family. Under this scheme, beneficiaries will be integrated into Haryana Roadways buses through an e-ticketing system, and a smart card (Happy Card) will be issued. The Haryana government is expected to incur an expenditure of approximately 600 crores for this scheme.

Happy Card Haryana Roadways Yojana Benefits and Features
- Travel up to 1,000 kilometers per year free of cost, allowed only in Haryana Roadways buses.
- Under the Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Parivahan Yojana, Happy Cards will be issued for Antyodaya families.
- Each Happy Card will provide free travel for up to 1,000 kilometers annually.

How to Apply for Haryana Happy Card Yojana Online Form 2024
- First, you need to visit the official website of the Haryana Transport Department.
- On the home page, click on the option ‘Happy Card Application.’
- Now, enter the Family Identity Certificate number and the captcha code.
- Click on the option ‘Send OTP.’
- After verifying the OTP, you will see information about all the family members.
- Now, select the member for whom you want to apply for the Happy Card.
- Enter your mobile number and Aadhaar card number.
- Enter the captcha code and click on the option ‘Send OTP.’
- You will receive an OTP on the registered Aadhaar number, enter it to verify.
- Now, click on the option ‘Apply.’
- This way, you can apply for the Happy Card.
- After 15 days of applying, you can collect the Happy Card from the nearest Roadways office.
