Haryana D.El.Ed Admission 2026-28: Haryana School Education Department has released the official notification for Haryana D.El.Ed (JBT) Admission 2026 session 2026-28. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to become primary teachers in Haryana through the 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) course, also known as the JBT Course. The online application process will start from 04 May 2026 and continue till 26 June 2026. Candidates from Haryana and outside Haryana can apply for this course through online counseling.

This admission process will be conducted by SCERT Haryana, Gurugram, and selection will be done purely based on 10+2 merit (stream-wise). Candidates must carefully check eligibility, important dates, and the counseling schedule before applying. The D.El.Ed. is also known as the D.Ed. or JBT course in Haryana.

Haryana D.El.Ed Admission 2026-28 Selection Process

The selection process for Haryana JBT Admission 2026 is very simple and fully merit-based. Candidates will be selected based on the percentage of marks obtained in the 12th Class examination. The merit list will be prepared stream-wise and category-wise. No entrance exam will be conducted for this admission.

Counseling & Admission Process

The admission will be completed through online counseling in multiple rounds. First, candidates need to register and fill out their application form. After that, the college-wise merit list will be released. Candidates can download their provisional allotment letter and must report to the allotted institute to confirm admission. If needed, candidates can change their options in the next counseling rounds. Candidates must fill at least 5 colleges during choice filling.

Course Fees

The same fee will be applicable for the second year as well.

Reservation Details

There is also 15% reservation for outside Haryana candidates.

Documents Required

At the time of admission, candidates need to submit original documents along with photocopies such as 10th and 12th certificates, category certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, Aadhaar card, passport-size photo, and allotment letter. All documents will be verified during admission.
